Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays). Each piece is prepared with care to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

Delivery & Rates
We offer standard U.S shipping.

  • Flat Rate: $9.95 (Estimated 3-7 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: On orders $150+

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.  

Shipping Limitations
We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Damages During Shipping
Each order is packed with care. JUAVONE is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at info@juavone.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

We recommend keeping all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
