Do you offer fabric samples?
Not at the moment. We hope to offer them in the future as we grow.
How do I care for my pillow cover?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and sewn into every JUAVONE pillow cover. Please follow them closely to maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.
Are inserts included with my pillow cover?
No, all JUAVONE pillow covers are sold individually. Inserts are not included.
Where can I buy pillow inserts?
Pillow inserts are widely available online. Some of our favorite sources include Pillowflex, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Amazon. Choose a retailer that best suits your needs.
What type of insert do you recommend?
For a plush, full look, we suggest synthetic down alternative or feather down inserts—both offer great shape and support.
What size insert should I choose?
For a fuller look, choose an insert that’s 1–2 inches larger than the pillow cover size. If you prefer a softer fit, the same-size insert works too. Check product descriptions for specific insert recommendations.
How long does it take to process my order?
Each pillow cover is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days total.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us at info@juavone.com within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard U.S. shipping. Orders over $150 ship free.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. JUAVONE currently ships only within the U.S.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time, but we're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@juavone.com and include photos of the damage. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We accept returns for store credit only. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for store credit (if eligible) and place a new order at your convenience.
How to Fill Your Pillow Cover
To protect your pillow cover and keep its shape, we recommend:
- Fold the insert in half before sliding it inside.
- Adjust as needed to fill all four corners.
- Zip gently to avoid strain.
- Fluff — and enjoy.
