Return Policy
At JUAVONE, every pillow cover is crafted with care and intention. Because of the nature of our materials and our commitment to quality, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit.
To request a return, email us at info@juavone.com within 7 days of delivery. All items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- Free from damage, odors, or stains
- Returned in original packaging (if possible)
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a digital store credit via email for use toward a future purchase.
Store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days once your return has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as JUAVONE cannot issue store credit for items lost or unconfirmed in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Final Sale
Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. All final sale items are sold as-is.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer available as we begin preparing your order.
